1. How can I book the bouquet preservation service?

Reservations are made by paying a 20% deposit via bank transfer or PayPal, or by purchasing the service from simosarts.com, paying the full amount indicated at checkout.

2. Is the bouquet shipping free?

Yes, home pickup and final shipping of your completed order are free throughout Italy.

Alternatively, you can deliver the bouquet to a Bartolini (BRT) point.

3. What happens if the wedding is on a Friday or on the weekend?

Couriers do not collect on Saturdays and Sundays. If your wedding is on a Friday, collection will take place the following Monday, which may affect the flowers. By confirming the service, you accept this possibility.

4. How long does it take to make a resin bouquet?

Production times average 4 months, but can take up to 6 months during periods of high demand, such as holidays or the summer.

5. Is it possible to cancel the service?

Yes, you can cancel your service up to 48 hours before your wedding date. In this case, your deposit will be refunded in full.

6. What happens if some flowers are damaged?

Upon receiving the bouquet, we'll assess the condition of the flowers together. If necessary, we can:

  • replace them with similar flowers (with a local florist and only with your permission)
  • use only the best preserved ones.

7. Are all flowers suitable for resin?

No. Some flowers (e.g., peonies, hydrangeas, lisianthus, freesias) are very delicate and could be damaged during transportation or drying. Others (such as roses, gerberas, anemones) are more durable.

8. Will the colors of the flowers change?

Yes, it's normal. Some examples:

  • The white flowers turn ivory
  • The reds darken
  • Purples tend to fade
  • Pinks can lose intensity
  • Pastel colors tend to gray or lose their nuances, becoming mostly ivory white

9. What can't be put into the resin block?

It is not possible to include:

  • Stabilized flowers
  • Dyed or painted flowers
  • Non-laminated photographs

10. Do you also offer gift ideas or special shapes?

Yes! We have a wide range of customizable shapes, decorative items, and gift ideas perfect for parents, bridesmaids, and groomsmen.

Gift suggestions can only be added if you also purchase a primary shape (hexagon, square, gem, etc.).
